We create beautifully crafted dishes, seeking out the best produce, with a passion to delight and share our love of eclectic food and international flavours.

In 2018 Dash opened its doors, its interiors inspired by travels in New York and Paris, bringing a touch of theatre to Liverpool’s independent food scene.

We offer guests a modern twist on fine dining from the moment they walk up the steps, to the moment they leave.

Our 115 cover restaurant also boasts a private dining space for up to 34 guests and also The Terrace which welcomes guests to drink and dine in the sunshine.

The Founders




We’re a local team with a vision for a once loved and iconic Liverpool building. Our aim is to put Victoria Street back on the map as the place to go for fine food, drink and sociability.

Dash was born out of our different backgrounds and experiences of venues we love, but with our own unique twist. It’s a little bit of New York and Parisian style in the heart of Liverpool.

Lee Evans




Lee is Liverpool-born, classically French trained with an eclectic love of food, having been inspired by different cuisines during his travels. He spent his early years working for Michelin star chef Paul Heathcote and more recently opened multiple restaurants for TV Chef, Jamie Oliver. His style is modern and playful with a little a bit of theatre for a full dining experience.

Tom Jones




Tom is a classically trained bartender who has over 15 years of experience within the industry. He has worked all over the globe with great companies and stylish independent businesses. Using what he has seen and tasted, Tom created our beautiful new Cocktail menu, inspired by the places, tastes, sounds and people of New York City itself.

Joel Lee




Joel is an experienced General Manager, with a degree in law before moving into the hospitality industry for a number of bars and restaurants. Before joining Dash he worked as General Manager for Liverpool’s, The Florist. Passionate about building and developing excellent people, Joel’s ethos was just the right fit for the ambitious team at Dash.

Lili Chin




Dynamic Business Development Manager Lili has made such a success since joining Dash that she was a Finalist for Hospitality Personality of the Year at the 2019 Livercool Awards. Lili has in hospitality in many different cities worldwide. She is passionate about her industry and chose to work at Dash as a new ambitious, independent business.
