Cancellation Policy
As an independent business, we rely on guests honouring their reservations, in the event that a booking is not honoured in whole or in part, including reducing numbers or cancelling, guests will forfeit a portion or the total amount of their deposit.
Holding deposits are none refundable however if guests wish to move their reservation to a different date and/or transfer their deposit, we will accommodate where possible within a 6 month grace period.
